Competence, character, and compassion describe my approach to my life and my practice. My own life story has compelled me to help others through financial planning and investment management. Because I did have a financial plan in place and had made good investment decisions – when I was suddenly widowed with two young children in 2000 — I was able to go forward and provide a stable life for my family. I have a special focus in my practice for single women – especially women in transition through divorce or widowhood.

Allyson Flournoy

CFP®, CDFA®, LPL Independent Financial Advisor

Ally Flournoy joined Flournoy Wealth Management in 2021. Ally initially built her career in SAAS Software Sales as an Account Executive and transferred from the sales side to the Account Management side where the focus was all on finding and cultivating relationships with clients, problem solving, and being a supportive advocate for her clients.

Ally has always been inspired by the work her mother, Pam, has done. After all, she watched her mom build this business growing up. She is so excited to be a part of this mother-daughter team and grateful for the unique opportunity to work together.

  • Ciara is our Marketing Consultant and handles all of our digital marketing efforts including social media, email, and website. She graduated from LIM College in New York City in 2012 and comes to us with 15 years of marketing & public relations experience. Outside of work, Ciara is a mom and loves spending time with her family, traveling, and being outdoors; she is a part of the Marketing Solutions team and an employee of LPL Financial.

  • Client Services Associate

    Geneva has more than twenty-nine years of experience in the financial industry holding positions such as a Registered Financial Assistant with A.G. Edwards & Sons, Inc., and most recently, Client Services Associate. She joined LPL as an employee in 2023 to apply her experience working with advisors and their clients in the Admin Solutions Program. In 2008, Geneva helped open the Stifel Nicolaus, Inc. branch in Monterey, CA as an Operations Coordinator and Registered Financial Associate. While there she helped transition representatives and their clients along with the daily operations of the office. Throughout her career, she experienced the dot-com bubble burst, and the effects of the September 11th attacks, so she has a clear understanding of how to best support us and our clients.

    When not at work, Geneva enjoys spending time with her husband, Alex, their son, Anthony, and French Bulldog Bubba.
